EF fans will love this new side of Jennifer Charles. A little more swing, a little more jazz, but still has that lovely feeling of music from another era. Just as essential as any EF album, but with a different feel. Can't wait to hear more! jed316

Elysian Fields- a difficult act to categorize. More or less a hybrid between dream pop and indie folk on this album, still with their subtly jazzy touch. Definitely lighter and more accessible than my usual fare, and I can't really identify what draws me in- check them out and maybe you'll see. Deidre House

It sounds just a little different from Elysian Fields' other albums -- a little more edge to it -- but it still retains all of that slinky, sensual, breathy mysteriousness that EF is known for. No EF fan should miss it. jed316
